1. About these terms

This website is operated in connection with WeTeams, a product by Techcastle Digital Ltd (company number 14566037), registered office: Unit 6, Wood House, Etruria Road, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, England, ST1 5NQ. By using this public website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website.

2. Website information

We aim to keep information useful and current, but descriptions of WeTeams may reflect a product still under development. Features, interfaces and release plans may change. Confirm current status before relying on a capability or making a business decision.

3. No subscription is created by browsing

Browsing this website or submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a paid subscription, service-level agreement or customer account. Paid use of the WeTeams application will be subject to separate terms, pricing and order details provided at contracting.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malware, unlawfully harvest personal information, impersonate another person, or breach applicable law or others’ rights.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, design elements and other materials are owned by or licensed to Techcastle Digital Ltd. You may view and print pages for legitimate personal or internal business reference. Do not reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit materials without permission, except where permitted by law. Do not alter the WeTeams logo or imply endorsement without authorisation.

6. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites or services. We do not control third-party content, availability or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

7. Enquiries

Ensure information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information through a general enquiry. The current demo form does not send a message; the live submission service must be configured before launch.

8. Availability and security

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a website free from errors. Use appropriate security protections on your devices and networks.

9. Disclaimers

Website content is for general information, not professional, legal, financial or other regulated advice. To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that content will be complete, accurate or suitable for every purpose.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this public website. Have this section reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before publication.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms when the website or applicable requirements change. Publish an effective date and update it whenever revised.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory legal protections that apply to you. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law. For questions, use the Contact page.
